We offer high speed and cobalt steel ball end mills that resist abrasion and retains hardness at elevated temperatures normally found in deep pocket milling. A variety of coatings can be applied to these mills that are suited to extend tool life in a variety of tough to machine materials. Off the shelf carbide ball end mills for aluminum and heat treated steel are available with nACo AlTiN.

E650 Blue / Black nano milling cutter series (< HRC65 °) adopt imported high-quality fine grain tungsten steel material with bending strength of 4500mpa and grain size of 0.2μm, with high-performance composite coating imported from Switzerland. E650 milling cutters is designed with special angle, especially suitable for heat treatment die steel, high-speed, high hardness material processing. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all E650 series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.
