These custom features could be specific diameters, lengths, special radial forms, to custom shanks with flats. They are engineered per customer’s applications.Custom Ball Nose End Mills are used to mill flat, vertical, horizontal, or angled surfaces. This is most commonly used to machine slots, grooves, and keyways.

E650 Blue / Black nano milling cutter series (< HRC65 °) adopt imported high-quality fine grain tungsten steel material with bending strength of 4500mpa and grain size of 0.2μm, with high-performance composite coating imported from Switzerland. E650 milling cutters is designed with special angle, especially suitable for heat treatment die steel, high-speed, high hardness material processing. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all E650 series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.
